SHIPPING & RETURNS
We use USPS Priority shipping. Shipping starts at $6 flat rate and is FREE if your order is over $100. Items ship out 1-2 days after order is received and take 2-3 business days to be delivered. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather. Express shipping is available.
Tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and will be sent via email once the shipping label is created.
We use USPS Priority Express Shipping. If your order is placed before 3pm Central Standard Time, and customer selects Express Shipping at check out, order will be shipped out the same day and received by the customer in 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 3 pm Eastern Time will ship out next business day and received the day after that. Some areas do not offer next day shipping, if this is the case, customer will be notified.
Crown Blu is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS
Return & Exchange Policy
No returns! Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will fix it.
